How can I cancel my order?

Calling is the most convenient. We can be reached on working days between 09:00 and 17:00.

 

How can I return items via the Netherlands or Belgium?

Return via PostNL for the Netherlands and Belgium costs € 5,-.

You can return items within 30 days of receipt via a PostNL service point*. Have you picked up your order? Then you can only return it through our warehouse. Return via a service point is as follows:

1. Go to the return portal
Go to the returns portal by clicking here, fill in the details and follow all the steps.

2. Pack your return
Put the item or items (if possible) in the original packaging. Put all items and the return form in the MULLROSE box or other sturdy box and seal it. If you have chosen to print the address label yourself, stick it on the box.

3. Hand over your return
Bring your package to a PostNL point. If you have opted for printing yourself in the previous step, all you have to do is hand over the package to an employee. You will then receive a proof of shipment, keep this well.

If you have chosen to have a barcode scanned in the return portal, you will first have it scanned by the PostNL employee, after which you will receive a proof of shipment, keep it safe.

4. Refund
We will refund the money to your account within 14 days. If you return via our warehouse, you do not pay return costs.**

* If your package weighs more than 20 kilos or is longer than 80 cm, you can only return it to our warehouse or contact our customer service.
** Do you want to return your order via another parcel point? This is at your own expense. Send the package to: Mullrose B.V., Lange Hofstedestraat 10 C, 4116 EX Buren

 

How can I return items via Duitsland?

Return via DPD for Germany costs € 5,-

You can return items within 30 days of receipt via a DPD service point*. Have you picked up your order? Then you can only return it through our warehouse. Return via a service point is as follows:

What are the conditions for returns?

A few conditions apply to returning an item:

  • The item is undamaged.
  • The product is in the original packaging and the label/card is still attached. (if reasonably possible)
  • You can show the invoice, packing slip or order for a home delivery.
  • You received the item less than 30 days ago.
  • MULLROSE is not liable for any loss or damage.

Some items cannot be returned. Think of:
Items with an expiration date, bird food. This also applies to pre-packaged items.

 

What if I want to make a complaint?

If you have a complaint about one of our products or services, please contact our customer service. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt.
